How much do artists charge for pet portraits?

Different artists will often have quite varying rates of charges: partly by their own choice, how much time the portrait will take to draw, and also the medium they are using. I like to think that my charges are fair and reasonable for the time taken to draw a portrait and compare favourably with other artists.
